Jerrod Carmichael, a regular at The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail, on top of being one of Variety‘s Top Ten Comics to Watch for 2011 as well as a Just for Laughs “New Face” for 2011, was interviewed in Variety and was lovely enough to say this:

If you can’t read it, it says:

Carmichael has been busy performing ‘at any place that’ll have me: The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, The Improv and Meltdown Comics… arguably the hottest show in town.’

And as Jerrod told me “I swear to you, they added the word arguably”.

Congrats Jerrod, and we’ll see you at The Meltdown this Wednesday!
