Hi, I’m Emily! Until two years ago, I was a couples and family therapist that battled mental illness and excuses all across our great nation. Now, I’m a freelance writer and comedy producer. I believe happiness is hip, and for this reason, I made a terrible goth in high school. Here at Gynomite, I take pop culture seriously and think psychology is fun. I write about me, movies, and comedy, all while trying to take a crack at readers’ emotional dilemmas in my column, Ask Gynomite!
