Aaron Baker

Aaron Baker is a comedy writer and producer originally from Northeast Ohio (Cleveland/Canton). He is also one of the House Managers/Producers at NerdMelt. He studied Film & Television writing at Columbia College Chicago as well as sketch comedy at The Second City Chicago. He now resides in Los Angeles, writing, producing, working odd production gigs, and lounging with his cats Werner and Harmony, as well as having unprotected sex with his loving wife. This Saturday, HORRIBLE MOVIE NIGHT brings you ENEMY TERRITORY at the Nerdmelt Showroom in all its roast-able glory!  You can’t see it on Netflix, or DVD — only in a theater with an audience ravenous for comedy!

The film stars TONY TODD (Candyman) RAY PARKER JR. (the Ghostbusters song guy) STACY DASH (Clueless) and is pretty much Die Hard in the projects. This insanely hilarious gang fight extravaganza was also directed by Peter Manoogian who directed Full Moon’s classic Demonic Toys.

ROB SCHRAB will be co-hosting and he’s bringing along some surprise clips for us! Rob has had his hand in projects like The Sarah Silverman Program, Channel 101, Scud, Heat Vision & Jack, Monster House and he has directed amazing TV like Workaholics, Parks & Recreation, Community and The Mindy Project. There will also be stand-up from BETH STELLING (Conan, The Business LA), and TOM FRANCK (The Dennis Miller Show).

There’ll be FREE POPCORN, cheap snacks & sodas, and PRIZES for the best one-liners of the night. You can’t miss it!

The film’s stars, TED PRIOR and DAVE CAMPBELL, will be in attendance for the show, and doing a Q&A after the movie.  They said they will be bringing a surprise along to the show (we have no idea what it could be!!!).
